Log into your patient portal and go to the Account section. You can update basic details like your name, email, phone number, date of birth, and password at any time.

Billing is located in the “Account” section of your portal. From there, you can update your credit card information, view charges, and download receipts at any time.
Q: Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Yes. In the “Treatments” section of your account, you’re in full control of your subscription. You can pause, skip, or cancel shipments at any time. Adjustments made before your next shipment cutoff will apply immediately.
Q: How do I access receipts or payment history?
Receipts are always available. Go to the “Treatments” section, select your treatment, then open the “Payments” tab. From there, click “View Details” to download receipts.
Q: What if I forget my password or can’t log in?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset your password securely via email. If you still can’t access your account, contact our support team for quick help.
